Congress of Nations and States Forms Charter Working Group

OLYMPIA, WASHINGTON, May 12 – The Congress of Nations and States (CNS) has appointed a working group, with Dr. Xoua Thao – a Hmong CNS Preparatory Body member, physician and attorney – as Chair-Elect, to ordain and establish an official CNS Charter.

Proclaiming the CNS a permanent international institution, the Charter enables the Congress to engage in the implementation of existing and future international laws and treaties among peoples, nations, and states to resolve conflicts and redress grievances, while devising new mechanisms to address elemental issues.

In August and September, 2021, following the CNS Preparatory Body’s draft approval, the CNS aims to invite nations and states to review and sign the document.
